Victoria & Albert's Cheese Question!

Hey all,

Super specific thread question but maybe someone can help. I dined at Victoria & Albert's last week (it was delicious) and we loved the cheese plate. My wife and I had the cheese selection towards the end and loved the brie-style blended cheese they served. Was wondering if anyone knows what the cheese is.
We asked the cast member and she mentioned she would let us take a picture but i guess we both ended up forgetting. She did mention that it was able to be purchased at Whole Foods and was a small wheel.

Note: my wife and I did go to Whole Foods and bought a small wheel brie style cheese. It was from Jasper Hill Brie-Style Hartwell (not sure if this is it since it wasn't a blended cheese). Thanks all! We love cheese!

Willing to also take any cheese recommendations available at Whole Foods

However, having gone a few times and experienced different cheeses there each time I would give them a call and see if they can nail down the exact style and producer for you.
