The next course was a very easy choice! I got the gelato and DH got the cheese. And do I want coffee? Yes please!!!

The vacuum brewer was the coolest thing! Water goes in the bottom, heated by a flame. The coffee beans are in the top. As the water heats, it rises and mixes with the beans. When nearly all the water is in the top, the flame is removed and the water, now coffee, is sucked back into the bottom! Physics is phun, especially when it involves coffee! (Sorry this set of photos is so bad.)

I was told these beans are from Indonesia. It was very smooth, about a medium roast.

I had trouble choosing between the two souffles, so DH ordered the chocolate, and I got the Grand Marnier. This was the biggest disappointment of the night...the server poured the sauces...and then took them away!!!!!!!!

The souffles were so, so, so good! I would have drank the sauce with a straw if he had left them!

Up to this point my favorite dessert in the world was the Grand Marnier souffle at Royal Palace on the Disney Dream. Now it is a tough choice between these two!
