Hi everybody.

we've been to V&A once and my wife had a wine pairing. And it was too much wine. Next time she would like to have just one glass. Is that possible? And what are the prices for one glass? I know it depends on the wine she chooses, but I didn't find any prices for their wines ...

Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm sure she can just get the one glass. Not sure about the price or what they offer by the glass (we always do the pairings) but wine by the glass at other Signature restaurants can run from around $9.00 right on up through the low $20.00's. Some sample by the glass prices at Yachtsman for example(taken right from the menu)--$10.50, $10.00, $14.50, $15.50, $12.50, $11.00 and the low--$9.50.
From the wine list at California grill, the cheapest by the glass price is $8.75. The most expensive is $20.00.
So I guess I'm suggesting it's apt to be a bit expensive---

She can certainly order only one glass of wine.

As for price, it does vary as you say. And even if you saw a price list, it would be hard to say without knowing what she'll choose to order for that course.

Whoops, Uncleromulus has it covered!

Editing again. We usually choose the pairings as well but have done by the glass. There are many options as I recall. Sorry don't remember prices but the good Uncle gave you some ballpark figures.

Last I knew Israel, the Maitre D, was one step from being a Master Sommelier. I would suggest that, after seeing the menu and deciding what to order, she discuss her options with him. I am sure that any recommendation he makes will fit well with what she is ordering.
