VIBE Keys and Concierge

Sailing concierge for the first time. My son tells me that he had to turn in his Fantasy room key for a Vibe key thinks he will have to do the same on the Dream. How does that work with Concierge? Will he still be able to access the lounge, the Concierge floors, free popcorn, other perks, etc, with a Vibe key instead of a Concierge key?

They used to be able to put a vibe sticker on if they don’t want a special vibe KTTW card made.

I know they put a Vibe sticker on his card on the Wish, but he is insistent he needs a Vibe card on the Dream/Fantasy. He could be wrong.

On our last fantasy cruise in September with the granddaughters they both had to give up their cards for vibe cards, though not concierge their friend was and did the same.

Thanks. This is the info I was looking for. I know he may sometimes watch shows without us. Would his Vibe card work to redeem for free popcorn by the theaters or would he be forced to go to the lounge (given he does not have an official concierge card)? Worst case scenario is he has to pay for popcorn when he is not with us, but it does seem silly to pay for something that should be a free perk.

I remember my kids saying they got free popcorn before watching a movie, so I think what happens is when they scan the card to charge it, it shows as concierge in the system even though it’s a vibe card.

You’re welcome. We just got off the dream and didn’t sail concierge but they didn’t have the vibe cards for the kids to change to so they just gave them a sticker. I wonder if it’s just a stock issue or if they are just transitioning to a sticker. It’s definitely less waste than printing another card.
