Anyone know why, even though is open until 10pm in May, Via Napoli is not taking reservations past 7pm?

Anyone know why, even though is open until 10pm in May, Via Napoli is not taking reservations past 7pm?

I'd love to know this, too. I have a reservation right now, but it's at 4:45 and I'd love something later since that is our arrival day and we'll still be on Mountain time. Plus, the later it is, the bigger the travel delay cushion.
