Has anyone dined at Italy's restaurant-Via Napoli-good,bad, or indifferent

I have heard that it is 2 table services with the disney dining plan-can anyone clear up this rumor

:rolleyes1

One credit.. keep in mind if you do the make your own pizzas, they will charge extra for each topping..

Loved it. food was truly delicious. one word of warning, it was pricey (if not using your ddp credits). We had 2 large make your own pizzas, salad and soda and it came to $100
bucks.

we enjoyed it, the food was yummy. however although we had lots of servers at the start, there were none to be found when we wanted drink refills. The drinks were empty for ages, we also struggled to get the bill.

when using the dining plan, they wont allow you to share your meal. you can share if you pay oop.

We have been there twice. The first time we had the chicken parm. it was ok. Second time had pizza very good, we'll be going back the end of the month.

As a family who has an Italian grandma, we RARELY eat out to Italian food since she's always cooking, but since she was there with us, we decided to try it. It was absolutely delicious, and even she loved it and this is a VERY picky woman we are talking about.

We love it. Had it once on each trip last year and it is the first stop on our trip next month :)

If you use one TS for each of 4 people can you get one of the big meter long pizzas to split among everyone? Can you get toppings without paying extra if that is the case?

We absolutely LOVED it. I got the chicken parm, it was a little different (bone-in) but tasted very good.

We just tried it for the 1st time on our trip last month, and LOVED it! DD and I split a large pizza, and had leftovers, with a salad, the blood orange drink, and zeppoles for dessert! SO GOOD! DD says it is a MUST DO from now on! We did not have the dining plan.

It's one credit but if there's two of you and you split a large, they charge two credits. They're strict about that.

Ate there twice in July. Delicious pizza with artichokes and truffle oil. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. We got the salad, too. Thought OOP prices were pretty reasonable, too. Also, my son can get spaghetti and meatballs which is pretty much his favorite meal. :goodvibes

We ate there last week it was very good. We both had the chicken parm. Now maybe this is just the region we live in but when you order chicken parm. at a restaurant here it is automatically served with pasta. Via Napoli does not, we were a little surprised when our food came out and it was just the chicken. It was still very good just was expecting more. I have since looked at a menu and you can get the spaghetti with it just make sure you ask for it. The Zepolles (spelling?) were amazing!!! I would have to say our service was not very good...it took awhile for our waiter to come over to take our drink order, and we never were served any bread. Now the table next to us was served bread with dipping oil, so did he just not bring us any or do you have to order it? I'm curious to know if he really deserved the generous tip we gave him or not!

One of my new favorites! On our last trip we ate there twice which we never do! Get a strawberry Acqua Fresca so yummy!!

We went in Nov. We each got individual pizzas since we were on the ddp. Paid oop for Ds and price wasnt horrible. Great pizza! DD ordered the zeppoles. Awesome! I ordered the tiramisu which was ginormous and wonderful. Dont remember what DH and DS got. We had the same issues with service that some of the pp's mentioned: waiter dissapearing, not bringing drinks, check, etc. We figured it was because the restaurant was still new and working out the bugs.
