I would hope not on tea and soda, but I don't think anyone has confirmation yet.

1) That is correct.
2) No free refills.
3) Not all locations offer free refills.

For those with picky eater's though I would post info from my SIL. They dined at Via Napoli for lunch yesterday 2 kids ordered spaghetti and 1 the pizza and all 3 were quite happy ! I know this made my SIL happy as it is rare for all 3 to enjoy the same meal. I asked about drink refills and she said she did not notice a statement about refills but knew her kids received refills on soda and does not remember an additional charge.
