Via napoli?

We got our reservations for Dec 13th You can do them online. And before 7am.

I just happened to wake up so I decided to try making a reservation, I was told yesterday on the phone that you could do them online starting today..they seem to offer just 5:45 and 7 pm for dinner, not sure about lunch. So, I dropped Kona for our October trip and will be dining there instead!

I just tried typing Via Napoli into search by restaurant and it came right up...that's how I made my reservation.

Edited to add: Someone on another thread suggested using FireFox, and it worked! 5:45 on 9/15!

It's not coming up for me either and I have 25 minutes as a hold time...

well i would try firefox if you cannot get it to work then, i was also using firefox when i made my reservation as well....or at least try completely clearing all history/cookies/temp files and that may help. My browser is set to delete all of this every time it closes, so I don't have to think about it.

Clearing your cache as noted above should help, as will attempting a different browser. (Yup, I set my alarm in thinking they were phone only , nabbed a perfect 7pm dinner though). If that still doesn't work, at least you're already on the phone with them .

Just booked Via Napoli online...Dec 17th for 5:45pm. Like the PP mentioned, the only times coming up were 5:45 or 7pm.

I was able to book on line as well. Keep trying! I love trying new places

I was able to book online - I grabbed a 12:45 lunch for our day of departure, 9/15

This was my first time booking online. It seemed too easy, so I guess I'm looking for reassurance that I actually HAVE an ADR. I didn't need to use a credit card, and I was kinda surprised by that . All that was needed was my name and phone number. I did print out my confirmation number, so hopefully that means it's legit. (???)

i just choose epcot and italian and it pulled it right up!! I got mine for Sept 21 at 12:45!! Now I just need to call my TA and have our Planet Hollywood canceled or moved!!
