Does anyone know if the family size pizza is considered as part of the dining plan to order with one credit.

I would imagine that it's only the personal-sized pizzas that count as a DDP or DxDP entree.

I would tend to say no. If you order a whole pizza on property (we will order from the Mara at AKL), it is 2 TS credits.

The details on the non-individual pizzas have not yet been released. I would assume (like above) that the individual pizzas will be 1 credit on the system. Following the trend of other multi-serving entrees and desserts, I would guess that the 20in. would be split between 3-4 people while the half meter between 4-6, and thus requireing that many credits (and people in the party) to use. That is if the larger pizzas are on the plan at all.

Again, that's only a guess based on other instances of multi-serving courses (mostly desserts and apps right now) and I could be way wrong. I would feel safe in saying that you wouldn't be able to get one of the larger pizzas with 1 credit though.

It's 2 TS credits only if you have it delivered, not if you order it in the food court and take it with you. It's two CS credits then.

It's my guess that because Via Napoli's largest pizzas are nearly three times the cost of a pizza in a resort food court, two TS credits per pizza won't do it. We don't have any idea how it will work for pizzas on DDP at Via Napoli but Faldred's guess may be a good one (individual size pizza only for a one-credit entree). I think I can make a good guess that there is no way you will be able to get a pizza that serves multiple people for one TS credit per pizza.

That said, there are difficulties in charging credits per person for a multi-serving pizza - there may be persons at the table who say they don't want to eat the pizza, and say they just want a drink or an appetizer. Technically if they charge 4 credits for 4 people eating a large pizza and a party of six comes in, they can say that two persons don't want to eat the pizza, pack up what's left of the pizza, and carry it out to feed the two who didn't eat in the restaurant and didn't spend credits for the pizza.

No doubt Disney and Via Napoli would like to prevent that sort of thing.
