Via Napoli without feeling stuffed

We love Via Napoli… suckers for brick oven pizza. But dang it’s a lot of food, especially considering the fact that we like bouncing from food booth to food booth during the festivals. So here is our strategy for two adults:

We get a glass of red wine each, then we split one personal pizza (love the Margherita) and one antipasti (usually the mozzarella caprese). It’s crazy how filling it is. Two big slices each. And it totally scratches that itch. Then we are probably having desert an hour later in Germany (Karamell Kuche)!!!

We usually end up a Via Napoli every trip. We love the pizza there - but we're basic pepperoni and mushroom people. There's usually enough of us that we get the mezzo size (big 3 foot pizza). It is really good and if you have a bigger group, the humongous sized ones always help our budget a little bit - 1 serves about 5 of us, so we usually get 2 and we're good to go.

When there isn’t enough of us to get a pie, a shared salad (any one will do) and a variety of antipasto plate will do nicely.
They used to have a platter with cold mostly veggie bits but it’s gone and a mostly meat charcuterie type dish has taken its place.

Will Via Napoli give "doggie bags"/ to-go boxes if you don't finish your food?
(Yes, I know the idea of walking around Epcot carrying extra pizza isn't appealing but thinking about if one were to make a later dinner reservation just before park closing or a lunch reservation before a mid-day break....)

Yes. When we stay at the Epcot resorts we always take our leftover pizza back to room!

It’s usually just two of us and we share the Caesar salad and we each get a personal pizza—we tend to stay for a long trip and do the food booths another day.

We ate at Via Napoli last year for the first time. DH and I had the calamari appetizer and then split the personal pizza. It was a great lunch.

This is a great strategy! For my boyfriend's birthday dinner he and I split a personal size pepperoni pizza with an arancini appetizer and a glass of red wine for each of us. It was an absolutely perfect meal. We were satisfied but not overly full which worked out for getting desserts later on.
