We are heading to Via Napoli for the first time and I was just checking out their menu online. For those that have been, what size pizza would you order for our family? DH, myself, our 5 year old and 1 year old. Our 5 year old is a light eater and our 1 year old is a big eater so they will probably eat the same amount. When we order pizza at home each kid has a slice, DH has 3 and I have 2 or 3. So would you go with the Large or the Mezzo Metro?
Thanks

the large is quite large...I think it would be enough for your family based on your description of what each person would eat.

However, if you're using Disney Dining Plan you will be required to order an individual pizza for each person on the adult plan and the kids on the plan would have to order kids meals from the menu.

I would go with the Large. A large was pleny for my husband & I. So I think it would work great for your family.

My DH and I ate there this summer, it was delicious! We had the Arancini (fried saffron risotto balls filled with mozzarella and meat ragu) as an appetizer. Very good but also very rich. We had ordered a large signature pizza (Quattro Stagioni). My jaw dropped when the pizza came, it was huge. My DH and I can certainly eat but had we known the pizza was so large we probably wouldn't have gotten the appetizer lol. I want to say the large was an 8 slice pizza and a slice is rather large. I would say go with the large pizza, especially if you were even considering an appetizer or desert, a larger pizza would probably be overkill lol. Enjoy your meal :)!

I agree, a large. A large fed three adults in my family.

Large will probably be perfect for y'all. I've eaten there many many times (my favorite restaurant when I was on my college program). If you are worried, sometimes we would order a large pizza, then an additional pasta dish to share around. I didn't think it was possible for anything to come close to the outstanding pizza, but the pasta was JUST as good! Although of course my favorite thing of all about Via Napoli is probably all the Italian men...:)

oh my yes! The Italian waiters at Via Napoli :lovestruc

If I can piggyback off the OP, if the large is really big, I can assume the 1/2 meter option would be enormous.

And... Can you order pizzas not on the menu? I am not liking the choices listed especially the canteloupe pizza!

Thank you! It looks like this would be much more affordable than eating at a buffet @ $40.00 a pop!
