Which would you choose if paying OOP and why?

ETA - I'm looking all over for a kids menu at Via Napoli, but can't find one anywhere. Can some wonderful person provide me a link? TIA!

Having dined at both of them within the past year, I'd give the edge to Via Napoli. Good service and a very nice menu. Pizza is great to share. Its not the ubiquitous WDW pizza, its totally different. Other great menu items. Loved the arancini appetizer.

Tutto is good, but the service and quality of the food just doesn't come up to VN.

OOP I'd probably pick Via Napoli because it's cheaper, but I like both. Via Napoli has a more casual feel and awesome pizza, Tutto Italia is a much more formal dining room, (but not that formal, it is still Disney,) and the food is good, but expensive, even for Disney.

Loved Via Napoli, liked Tutto. VN is more casual and the food was really great! We loved it so much we went twince on one trip. It is less expensive than Tutto. We did really like Tutto, but it is more formal, expensive, food was good though. Really depends what you like- fancier or more casual.
