Via Napoli question

This may be a dumb question, but on the Disney dining site, they have it marked as a - for Deluxe Dining plan. Why is this? I was thinking about perhaps switching one of my lunch ADR's over to Via Napoli, but we'll be on the deluxe dining plan and I wasn't sure why they had it marked like that. Thanks if anyone has an answer!

Via Napoli will accept the deluxe dining plan.

There are multiple errors on WDW's website regarding restaurants.
