I canceled when I discovered the restaurant refuses to allow any special orders or menu modifications - including any omission of items from the pizzas. That is simply poor guest service and does not deserve my time or money.

yes I read a thread about that but son really wants to try it. Plus I wouldnt have a problem removing something from my pizza. fairly simple I think but I can see a problem if say something is baked into a pasta dish.

Wow, that is horrible. Especially for Disney. At other Disney food places, I've been kinda "when harry met sally" before. Always got a warm reception. I can't imagine, especially if they are making the pizza's to order...what's the big deal leaving the mushrooms off, etc.

Guess we won't be trying this one out.

From my understanding, it is not your typical pizza place. I have no problems with trying their pizza as is and can't wait to eat there this Monday .

We have eaten there.. We got one of their pizzas and the fried risoto balls. The food was good, but I have had better neopolitan style pizza. The crust was dry and it shouldn't be for that style of pizza.

Overall it was good and we will go back.

We had the pizza there, and really enjoyed it. It is good, maybe not the best ever. But it is the best pizza we have found on Disney Property. It is a welcome addition to our restaurant list, and will be back again.

We went there twice in early August. We had pizza, (pepperoni and prosciutto and melon) plus chicken parmesan (loved the spaghetti pancake!), spaghetti and meatballs, etc.

We loved it and will definitely be back.

Very disappointing.

We had the arrancini & 4 individual pizzas so we could try a little of everything. None of them were good. They were edible but that's about it.

We won't be back.

Well, I guess we won't be eating there then. It looked pricey to begin with, but no modifications isn't going to cut it with us.

DH had the Quattro Stagioni - eggplant, artichokes, prosciutto, mushrooms..He loved it. I tried it and didn't like it. The toppings were very fresh and tasty..but I didn't like the crust.. a little to charred for my taste.

I had the Arancini - (fried saffron risotto balls) with mozzarella and meat ragu to start ( sorry, no pic). These had very little taste. The red sauce that came with it was very good, but it definately needed a more.
For my entree I had the Tortino di Malanzane - eggplant with Spaghetti Torta. The eggplant was very good. Very light...lots of nice flavor from the fresh mozzarella (could have used a bit more) and basil..not deep fried with heavy breading. The pasta was weird. Dry and not a lot of flavor. Didn't love it at all.

We liked Via Napoli, but didn't love it. I am not sure we would plan this for our next trip.

Very disappointing - minestrone soup was water & a few cannellini beans and vegetables, salad for 2 (with pizza order) was sparse and overpriced, pizza was acceptable, but nothing special. Most of the food was fairly bland, and that was confirmed with the guests seated next to and across from us.

Most parties of two are seated at the communal table. It is very uncomfortable - counter height, no place for your feet (just the rungs on the barstools). My feet are still sore hours later from the chair rungs.

I think that the Italian restaurants at Epcot are overpriced and ordinary. We are used to authentic, independent, non-chain family owned Italian restaurants in the NYC and its metropolitan area in New Jersey. I'm not sure why it is so hard to get good Italian food in WDW especially in Epcot at the Italian pavilion.

I will not be returning to the Italian eateries at Epcot and do not recommend them.

Wow! I can't believe they haven't backed off of that yet. Totally unacceptable.

Cancelling my ADR too. I'm not willing to reward that attitude with my money.

We just got back and we will not dine there again.

!st We were on the DXDP and they would not let us split a meal. Ok but not a deal breaker.

2nd The apps took 25 minutes to come to the table. We had the calamari and rissotta balls. The calamari was good, but the other app was horrible.

3rd We ate there at 8:00 and they were out of chicken parm. We waited another 40 minutes for our entrees. They came out in waves. I got the lasagna and my daughters meal and then about 15 minutes later the pizzas came out.

4th We ordered dessert. That took another 25 minutes to get out. By that time we were done and told them we do not want the desserts and to please just let us pay the bill and leave.

Honestly we will not be back. We were there for about an hour and 45 minutes from start to finish and it was not worth it.

We ate there this past Thursday and definetly not impressed. We won't be returning. We ordered pizzas, pepperoni and plain, my mom got veal parmesian and my DD the spaghetti kids meal and I got the shrimp ceasar salad.

The pizzas were just OK. Definetly not the worst but far from the best also. My shrimp ceasar was $22.00 and was a bowl full of lettuce, dressing and 5 shrimp, seriously 5? for $22.00 and a small piece of hard bread.

My moms veal parmesan was paper thin and she was definetly not impressed. My DD's spaghetti came with barely any sauce and 2 meatballs. She scarfed that down and asked for some of our pizza. She is 6 and not a big eater so as you can probably tell the portion was definetly small.

No bread or anything with your meal either. The kids wanted to try it but we all agreed once is enough.

I think it's weird, because so far al lthe reviews I have read in TR's are saying how wonderful this place is and the pizza is awesome. I do think it's weird they won't allow add ons to the pizza, or take something off though. We have it on our list to try, but I wil lwait a little longer and see what other reviews I can find before definitly doing it.

I keep on changing this ADR. I book it, then cancel it and book something else. Right now, we're scheduled to eat at Coral Reef instead of Via Napoli. I'm thinking that we'll try Via Napoli next year once, but you never know...I'm the queen of ADR changing!

We ate there the first week it opened and thought it was great. We had the salad for 2 and the Margharita (sp?) pizza. We also shared a pitcher of Sangria. The pizza was huge, we took 3 pieces back to the hotel. Service was very good and we sat outside which was neat to watch the activity in the courtyard.

I'm surprised by so many negative reviews on here, we thought it was wonderful (were there for lunch on Friday) and heard several tables around us gushing about how good it was. An older couple next to us (we party of 2 were at a small table, not a communal table) were talking to each other about how it tasted exactly like the pizza they got on the streets of naples decades ago when they were vacationing there.

As far as the refusal for substitutions or removing something, can't say that was our experience, we got a pepperoni and a piccante pizza, the piccante comes with spicy sausage and broccoli rabe, and we asked for no broccoli, and didn't have any issue at all We also got the Arancini for an appetizer and Tiramisu and Gelato for dessert and everything was wonderful.

Maybe we had a better experience because we went for Lunch instead of Dinner and it wasn't super busy? No idea, I'm a pizza lover and have eaten it all over, from chains, to NYC teeny italian places and this was in the top few places i've had pizza. Our only complaint is we were too full to finish all that food!
