Our first night at WDW we tried VN and found it great. We didn't have pizza, wanting to focus on the other things on the menu.
I had Veal Parm which was pounded thin and not overdone with sauce, which was light and tasty, or cheese. The side was something that I can only describe as a baked pasta pie wedge. It was described as pasta, butter, parm cheese and milk combined, it was actually quite good.
My wife had the lasagna which has various cheeses, including one that she though looked like potatoes on the top. It also includes spinich which she is not fond of but did sample and thought was "fabulous".
We were served fast and I mean fast-3 minutes after ordering. I don't know if that's normal but we were impressed.
The only problem was that the restaurant gets quite noisy. I almost had to put my ear to our server mouth to hear her, but this was minor.
Overall, I would absolutly go here again.
