Is the Individual Pizza included in the DDP at Via Napoli?

Yes it is. It's the only pizza included at VN actually .

Now, you can get any of the signature pies included on the plan, or the plain margherita pizza (not to be confused with a margarita...something totally different ). Any additional toppings will be out of pocket.

The larger pizzas USED to be able to be purchased via combining credits, this is no longer the case though.

I haven't been yet but I weighed the Pros and Cons and decided to do a signature and do VN OOP because it seems like the DDP forces you to have very few choices. To me, a large pizza (even at $30 dollars) will feed the 2 of us and then some and we can get salads/appetizers/whatever we want whereas on the plan an individual pizza is $18 OOP but good value for DDP is $30-$35/per person. I'm excited to try the Arancini and we would have to go OOP on that anyway for DDP. Then we can probably squeeze by (and out the door) if we just share a dessert and don't each get our own like we would on DDP. To each his own, just my $.02

Well DW wants to go for pasta and I really want a pizza so I was wondering if I could get one on the dining plan. If so (which is sounds like is the case), then we are good. If not, we will pay OOP and use the credit at another restaurant.

You can use a dining credit to get yourself an individual pizza, so the answer to the question is yes.
