Has anyone received their room assignment yet? I know theres a chance we will not get it till we check in at the port but just curious if anyone has received theirs yet! Hoping we get them before so I can obsess over the room/location before we go!

Still no word on ours yet either. But I think we are in the range. :)
There is someone who is in a FB group that got hers this afternoon.

Fingers are crossed. I am really more curious than anxious about it at this point. :)
I think ANY cabin with a verandah will be awesome as I will be on vacation sailing to places I have never been with the people I love most.

AGREED ANY ROOM WITH A Verandah is paradise to us!

Question regarding the letters assigned to your category. What makes an a better than a b,c,d? Is it the higher deck you are the higher the letter? Such a newb when it comes to these things!

Mainly it pertains to deck and location (midship, forward, aft). I think the lettering system implies that an "A" is midship higher deck, while B might be midship lower deck or forward/aft lower still, and C more of the same but lower than B, etc. Whether any individual passenger likes midship/forward/aft or upper/lower decks is subjective to your own personal preferences.

Enjoy your cruise!

Yes as ladyjudy points out, where it is on the floor plan and location ship - depends on what you like. I happen to like being mid ship (DH gets seasick) and this one is located under the Quiet Cove (adult area) so possibly less noise from above, at least I hope so. Might be a bit of noise from elevator :confused3

Have a great cruise :)

Thank you both for your responses!! We were deck 6 aft last year, so I'm curious to see the difference. Honestly they could put me in a broom closet and I'd be happy! 10 days to go!!!

We are 10506...which is starboard and four cabins from forward. Looks like we are below Senses and Rainforest. :)
Usually we are on 6 or 9 mid or foward. Although we have been aft once. Which is fine too. :)
