VGF: Trundle Mattress

Hi There! Can anyone confirm if the mattress in the trundle at VGF is removable? We'll be in a 1 bedroom and have a little one who will sleep in their own bed on vacation, but in the same room as us. I was curious if we could move the trundle mattress to the floor in the bedroom vs. sourcing an air mattress.
It looks possible from the photos but wanted to confirm. Thanks in advance!

You can request a crib, and then just take the mattress out of the crib and put it on the floor.

Also, VGF closets in the 1/2 bedrooms units are huge, we use to put our youngest in a pack-n-play in the closet and close the door leaving it just cracked open slightly. It leaves the tv room open for everyone to use when it is the youngest's bedtime.

Yes it can be done. We had to do this once for my son & move it to the bedroom floor for him to sleep because he couldn’t listen to his grandfather snoring all night,
