VGF question?

Hi everyone. We will be staying at VGF for the first time in Sept. I thought I had read somewhere that there is a separate check in for the the villas. Is this true? Would I not go into the main building? Also we will be renting a car, is there parking by the villas? TIA.

If you arrive at VGF via DME, they will drop you off at the GF and will be expecting you to check-in there as that's where you welcome packet will be.

If you arrive using private transportation after 7 AM and prior to 10 PM, you will check-in at VGF. Outside of those hours and you will check-in at the GF where the front desk operates 24/7.

There is self parking available at VGF.

Great thanks! We will be renting a car so we will have our own transportation. Online check in doesn't affect it either way right?

There's a parking lot in front of the villas. After you go through the guard at the GF entrance, it's a right turn.

There isn't the usual "front desk" at VGF. There are separate desks in the lobby where 2 or 3 cm's work, they can check you in.

Your welcome packet will be at VGF as long as you arrive during the hours the check-in desk is operating.
