It's disappointing to see that 1 BR only have 1 bathroom while a family suite at ASMu has 2![]()
.... Or perhaps a music room with a baby grand.
So, am I reading it right that there are going to be studios, 1 brs, 2 brs and 4 brs, but no 3 brs?
Here's an article from the same source re: potential point requirements

It looks very much like VGC's point requirements to my untrained eye. I sort of thought they might make VGF all club, as it is such a popular option at AKV and GF already offers an all club building away from the main lobby in the Sugarloaf Cay building.
Or could the not yet disclosed plans for floors 5 and 6 be slotted for club?
Looks like it was not included in the copy and paste. I imagine it looks like the one from the lockoff but without the privacy wall between the studio balcony and the 1BR balcony. On the plans shown for the dedicated two bedroom, where is the balcony?

...I thought it was more interesting that there are six 4BR grand villas and each of those bedrooms have a bathroom. And the speculation that GVs would be on the the end cap facing the lagoon and MK is correct. Another nice touch is that GVs are a 1 story. And the GVs have two balconies the length of two bedrooms on each side of the living room. The living room is deeper because the window extends out to include the depth of the balcony. VGF GV living room has access to the balconies via two doors on each side of of the window. Similar to a BLT 1 or 2 BR except you can access both balconies from the LR.
The dedicated two-bedroom villa shown in the DVCNews article is villa #1106, which is on the first floor. The first floor villas at VGF have patios instead of balconies.
I agree it's a bit odd having the main door to the master bedroom at the balcony end of the room. If you came home late at night and had guests asleep on the pullout sofa, you could walk through the bathroom to get to the master bedroom, bypassing the kitchen and living area completely.Nice to see a 4 bdr option in the GV but the floor plans for the 1-2 bdrs do not appeal to me at all. It looks like you have to cross the entire villa to get to the bedroom door. Imagine trying to do that in the dark/middle of the night and trying not to trip on the pull out sofa???

If they build it like they built BLT, there won't be any locks on those bathroom doors and they will slide open when you least expect it.Oh but middle door in that bathroom is such a PAIN!! I'm laughing as I post this because that darn middle door always gets locked by someone when I need to be on the other side of it! Kind of running joke in my family! LOL
