There is no concierge floor at VGF.

AKV is the only DVC Resort that has Concierge Level (6th floor of Jambo House).

The leisure pool is located between VGF & GF.

If you arrive between 7 am and 10 pm, check-in will be available in the VGF lobby. Outside of those hours, you need to use the front desk at GF which operates 24/7.
