VGF and/or BLT with Large Parties

If I choose one of these for its location, would it be best to get two 2BR vs one Grand Villa for a party of 8-10 plus 1 5YO girl? Are there so many more advantages with the grand villa that it offsets the extra privacy and lower total point cost of two 2BRs?

It is a matter of taste. If you are planning to hang out in the villa, the extra common space provided may be worth it. VGF grand villa has nearly the same level of privacy as two 2BR villas when you consider the separate media room. I think it all depends on how well the 8-10 people in your party get along. Personally, I would go for two 2BR villas (I am a cheap hermit).

I can't think of any more advantages for the GV other than the fact that you will all be gathered together and able to chat by chance vs being in separate rooms. I'm one who likes that aspect, but that is something that varies by group. The 2BR's at BLT are nothing to sneeze at and still provide plenty of room for everyone to gather in. And it will give you 4 complete separate bedrooms plus the beds in the living areas. The GV at BLt will be 3 separate bedrooms plus the area between the 2 rooms upstairs and in the living area downstairs.

As far as which resort, VGF is upscale. BLT is more of a high-rise condo but you can walk to the MK.
