Anyone know if the villas will have a small store of some kind on the premises or will we have to use the store at the hotel? (Not even sure it they have one and where it is) Will there be some place to pick up small limited grocery items, and will there be a refillable mug station somewhere?

I love the marketplace at the BCV.

Not sure if GFV is going to have a store just yet (hoping they do), but the GF does if needed. It's on the 2nd floor just as you exit the monorail to the right. And last I checked they were pretty well stocked for the necessities.

I'd expect they will be adding the typical items stocked for DVC to the store at the GF. That is what they did for BLT and VGC. GF has had refillable mugs for many years too. I haven't verified but would guess they added it to the pool area that is next to VGC. Otherwise it is in the CS location.

The VGF contract indicates that there will be a cafe/store.

There is a paragraph that describes noise levels and how it is possible that some villas may hear noise from a neighboring cafe/store.
