VGF/AKL 2 Bedroom -HELP First Trip in 7 Days!

Heading to VGF for our first time as owners and first time staying on property. There are 8 of us staying in a 2-bedroom villa. We are traveling with our 1-year old triplets, 5 year old, 22 year old nephew, and my MIL. Suggestions on how to configure sleeping arrangements with 3 pack and plays? Suggestions on where to store things? Suggestions in general? It's also our first vacation since having triplets

I'm not sure how big the pack and plays are, but how would you feel about having the triplets in the master bedroom with you and your spouse? Then how about your MIL and 5 yr old in the second bedroom and the nephew on the pullout couch in the living area?

Or you could have the MIL and nephew in the 2nd bedroom (not sure how closely related/comfortable they are with each other), and the 5 yr old and triplets in the living area.

Nephew is MIL's grandson, so they can be in the second bedroom. I think kids in the living room might be the way to go so we can all get some sleep

Or put MIL with all the babies (triplets and 5 yr old) in the second bedroom , nephew in the living room and you get the master bedroom.
