VGC 2 bdrm help needed!

Hi there...I've never rented DVC points before but it looks like we get more room with a 2 bdrm villa at VGC, but I have some questions:

Will the 2 brdm villas book up fast? It would be a stretch to pay in full now, which is what I think you need to do when you make the reservation. I'd prefer to wait a month or so if possible.

Any feedback on renting points from this David guy with the ad above?

Can anyone describe the layout of the 2 bdrm villa? I see a blueprint on the link to pics, but it doesn't show if there's a pull-out couch in the living room.

I can help some. The studios and 1br units book faster than the 2 br units. Right now 2br units are available for your entire stay.

I have never rented from David, but he has a solid reputation and if I ever needed to rent points, I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him.

The living room does have a pull out sleeper sofa as well as a single murphy bed that pulls down from the large piece of furniture that houses the television.

VGC is our home resort and we love it! The rooms are large and you will be very comfortable for your stay. If you have a chance and David has available points at VGC, I would book it now. October is a very busy time at the Disneyland resort.

As for the layout, the main bedroom has a king sized bed and a full bath with a jacuzzi tub as well as a stand alone shower. The living area also has a full bath with a shower. The second bedroom has two full sized beds(they may be queen) as well as a full bath with a tub/shower. If you decide on a lock off unit rather than a decicated, the second bedroom will have one bed and a sleeper sofa as well as a kitchenette.
