Veterinarians- Need help ASAP- Pretty Please! My dog just swallowed....

Actually JustHolly, I think you're probably in the clear. The 'panty' dog I was telling you about before was quite nauseous... vomiting occasionally and not eating well. Within reason, stomach acid can break down pieces of bone, especially if it was partially chewed. (Anyone remember the experiment in grade school where you soak an egg in vinegar and then pass it into a Coke bottle?) I'll bet that is what happened. Yeah!

Yeah! That's exactly what our Vet said yesterday, too! After a week with no symptoms, they said we can stop worrying.


But Please, Everyone, be super careful with your cooked bones with your pets. You can bet, we're not even going to EAT chicken wings in our house anymore! I have definitely learned my lesson!
