Veteran's Discount?

Ok, I have searched and can't find the answer to this so I apologize if it's been asked.

My dad doesn't qualify for the current Military promo, but was told he may qualify for a veteran's discount. Of course, he didn't ask what the discount was so I thought I'd ask you fine folks here.

Does anyone know what the veteran's discount is for park tickets??

I never heard of a veteran's discount for WDW. Although not being a veteran, could be I just have not heard of it.
Maybe they meant the S/D. Do they offer one?
Who told him there was one? He probably should ask them for more details.

Also, you may want to clarify if you are asking for tickets discounts or room discounts. The Codes board is generally for resort codes. But I think you may be looking for ticket discounts. Maybe whomever spoke to him meant for him to contact a nearby base store.

I am not sure of a discount, but do know that honorably discharged veterans are eligible to stay in Shades of Green in the months of September or January!!!
