Once upon awhile ago.....I was a Nuclear Weapons Specialist for the Army.

DW and me in 1984 USN. We both did boot camp (different times) in Orlando, and I did Nuc Power School in Orlando. Long live Orange Blossom Trail (when I was single of course)! Like a bad penney, we keep coming back!

DH was a nuke and at school in Orlando in ‘84. He said you were supposed to stay clear of Orange Blossom Trail!

I traditionally attend the Flag Ceremony on Main Street .
So I was very glad they have kept the respect with a smaller tradition.
It was very quiet with no announcements but many guests stopped to salute and clap and honor the flag.
Just wait for 5 pm or before sun sets. I wish they had a single horn player for Taps melody Day is done Gone the sun but I guess that would create a crowd.
