A few important things that we bring are:

1. Coffee/filters. We like the packet kind that you buy that you can just toss it into the coffee maker.
2. Laundry detergent/dryer sheets. We bring the tablets that allow you to pack enough into a plastic container and not worry about spilling.
3. Shampoo/conditioner. They give you are starter bottle but it never seems to be enough.
4. We always bring an aero bed because our kids are tall and it's not easy double bunking anymore.
5. Some people bring fitted sheets. Disney doesn't have them and it makes it easier when you have to make the bed yourself.
6. Lots of cash
