Veteran DCL cruisers looking for another option

We are looking at booking two separate cruises now, one on Celebrity Eclipse followed by one on Princess Crown. Question, the celebrity docks in Miami, Princess sails from Ft lauderdale same day as Celebrity debarks....would anyone be concerned about the turn around? These are early February 2018 cruises. And any experience with either of these ships?

I'd also look into Oceania. That's the one DH and I are most interested in trying. It regularly comes up in articles as having the best food. It sounded like it would be too high end country club but it's actually less expensive than Disney. It's more Celebrity level than like Regent/Crystal. And because it's smaller ships, there are some amazing itineraries. They don't have entertainment, but we never make it to the shows when it's just the two of us anyway.
