Very upset with Photo Pass

Amy it's me!!! lol. we will definatly get some more photos for the family of the ones we have, BUT the rest of them, the other 7 that they took......are all lost. i don't know what happened, but i'll be calling them later to see what i can do about the lost photos. thanks again Amy!!!!
 
I think photopass is a great Idea but I too had problems. I was down there on my honeymoon back in june and they lost 2 and 1/2 days of our trip. My wife was very upset when we didn't have any pictures of us at Epcot. They lost an entire day. That was atleast 3 different photographers. The idea is great, like I said. But the implementation is not very good.

So sorry to hear your pictures were lost, but congrats on your engagement.

We go to the parks all of the time and always get the photo pass, and never purchase while we are there. We haven't yet had any problems at all with the photopass, thankfully! Honestly, I think it is a great idea, but as with anything, there can be unforeseen glitches.
 

It's good to know it doesn't always work. Now, if there's a really important photo (like our first family photo in front of the castle), I'm going to make sure I have someone snap a pic of us with our own camera as well. Just in case.

thank you! i'm glad to hear that someone actually has had a good experience because a lot of people have had bad ones.
 
First, CONGRATULATIONS!! What a fabulous place to get engaged. Second, I'm so sorry. I hope they find them!
 
Congratulations on your engagement...what a great place for it to happen! We had trouble with PhotoPass in April. I had finally met my dream man - Jiminy Cricket - LOL!. My DH & my DS both took pictures with their digital cameras at the same time. We contacted Disney, put through the search, and waited a bit. It took at least 2 attempts until they were finally able to locate them. My DH actually sent them a copy of one of the pictures we took. It most definitely took a while - maybe two months. But they did find them!! Keep trying!!
