The 2 worst issues we had were the pack of screaming preschoolers thundering down the hall at AKL, and the kid SCREAMING in Yak & Yeti. And the management at Yak & Yeti told the family they had to do something OTHER than just sit there and let the kid bellow.

I don't think I have ever considered asking for a refund due to the presence and/or behavior of other park guests.

I have never thought of asking either. Even when a guy came up in my face and wanted to hit me (I kid not).

Screaming preschoolers can be bad! I don't understand how difficult it is to walk nicely down a hall. Good for the management at Yak& Yeti, although it makes me wonder how the parents can sit through it. Maybe they have the ability to block it out?
