Very minor food question about ESPN Zone

Has anyone had the nachos at ESPN latley? If so do they come with real melted cheese or the fake processed cheese sauce like what you get at sports stadiums? I love the cheesey nachos at ESPN in WDW, but I'm thinking I heard somewhere they are different in DL. Silly I know, but to me thats the deciding factor in whether I get them or not.
