I checked with Member Services today (July 12) for availabiity at DVC Resorts between November 28 and January 1. There is very little available and no availability for a 5 or more night stay in the same accomodations.
However...
I am looking to rent a confirmed reservation for a one-bedroom preferred view (pool view)at Disney's Boardwalk Villas.
The one-bedroom Villa has one bedroom and one bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, stacked washer and dryer, and private balcony. The master bedroom suite includes a king-size bed and whirlpool tub. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Experience the charm and comfort of a summer-cottage atmosphere on a lively waterfront boardwalk. Entertainment, dining, and shopping are all footsteps away. Within walking distance to the International entrance of Epcot and the main entrance to MGM/Studios.
Check in: Sunday December 19th 2004
Check out: Saturday December 25th 2004
Option is available to check out earlier if desired. For example, if you want to check out December 24th and be home by that evening, we can arrange that.
Christmas Reservations are hard to find at this point in the year so hurry and grab this before its too late.

Cost for December 19-25: Only $1,950.
Cost for December 19-24: Only $1,200.
You can save about $1,000 compared to the rate Disney offers for the same accomodations.
