Very Late Arrival

First time staying at BWV std 1 BR. Arriving about 11PM on 3/31. Requested non-smoking, upper floor, near pool (not quite sure where that would put us). What is the policy if, for instance, only handicapped is left which we really don't want. Can we switch (with change fee?) for remainder of our stay (which is 9 nights)?

Also, being that it is so late (and we have little one), we were thinking of ordering some groceries (incl. perishables like milk) from DVC so we'd have something for the morning. Do they deliver them once you arrive and are in the room or preassign you a room and stock the fridge?
