Very Important Info For Dec 8 Chef Mickey Attendees

Here is some very important information that you all are going to need. Since we are a little more than 4 weeks away from this dinner I thought I'd give you all a heads up in case anyone needs to change their mind and might not be able to attend. Please make sure and PM me if you decide not to attend. There is PLENTY of room and I can add on up until December 2 at 4:00pm (that is the last time I will have to fax the numbers before I leave work that night).

CHEF MICKEY'S PREFERS ONE GUEST CHECK BUT CAN DO UP TO THREE - THE COST IS $26.61 FOR ADULTS AND $12.09 FOR KIDS. THIS INCLUDES THE 6% SALES TAX AND 15% GRATUITY.

We ALL need to be there by 4:45pm for our 5:00pm seating. I will be there at around 4:15 in front of the check-in area. I imagine they will still do this but I'm not sure - if you have not been to Chef Mickey's before they take a "family" photo before they seat you. Please, if you are coming solo and some of you would like to have your pic taken together, please have that decided before you get there to make their job easier. I will try to find out if they will still be doing the pic part of it with that large of a group. I will have my lanyard that we will be receiving for DIS-Con.

As of 12/2/02 - count is <font color=red><b>69</font></b>- which can be added to or taken away from. I have not heard from BarryCF so if anyone talks to him please refer them to this post and let them know I need to know if they are still attending. Thanks

Thanks for organizing this Chris. I think I like Dayna's idea....I will put that amount in an envelope marked Chef Mickey's and then I will have the right amount ready.

Chris, be prepared for a lot of envelopes! LOL :teeth: It's an excellent idea Dayna. I just sealed mine. :) Oh, and everyone, please put your name on the envelope, so Chris can keep track who owes who. ;) Thanks Chris. I can't wait! :bounce:

Thank you for organizing all this Chris. I think that I will do the envelope thing too.

It probably doesn't make any difference, but maybe if you put your real name and DIS internet name on outside of the envelope and the people that you are paying for and the total amount of cash included, it might help.

I know that I don't know everyones real name. I can barely remember their DIS name...lol.

Thank you again for organizing all this. It helps planning money ahead of time.

That IS a great idea Dayna....would be pretty sad if the organizer forgot to put back money for her dinner wouldn't it!!! ROFL

figment Linda - absolutely copy this for your post!!!! I took from the other post that I had put it on anyway!!!! No problem!

I took this information for the payment from the fax that I had received after I booked the PM from Chef Mickey's. So hopefully their prices won't change!!!
