The twilight checkin allows you to check in and drop your bags off at Gatwick between noon and 9pm the day before your Virgin flight. We find that it is just so much less stressful to avoid all of the baggage queues on the day of our flight. As for where I am staying tonight, well we only live about 30 mins from Gatwick so we dropped off our bags and then came home.

Everyone travelling needs to check in on twighlight checkin

We stay in a Gatwick hotel that night with parking which usually works out the same or cheaper than just parking - holidays starts a day early

Was the £30 worth paying - trying to persuade DH to do this-but 4 of us so £120 to pay. He is one of those people who like to be off the plane 1st so this may be my main tactic!

Also DD desperate to know if 17 again or Hannana Montana film showing on way out if you can remember.
