Very best driving route from MCO to HRH?

Thanks! In a rental. Not the best navigatrix (so excruciating detail is always appreciated, but I don't wish to try anyone's patience or abuse anyone's generosity), but willing to go off the beaten path, pay tolls, etc. It will be broad daylight. Mapquest seems to favor 528 over 482.

Need to get to Disney afterwards, so also wondering which highway to pick up from HRH to Pop Century.

I usually go through the first toll on 528 then turn off for MCccoy RD [Sandlake RD], and go straight up to Universal Blvd, turn right and straight to HRH, i find it quicker than going up the 528 to Universal Blvd turn off
