Very annoyed with the weather!

I'm just sitting here watching the Giants game with my DH, but needed to vent. We're supposed to be heading off to PA tomorrow to visit my family, but a stupid blizzard is getting in my way! So far, they're saying we'll get 12-18 inches. Ahhh, the best laid plans... Anyone else out there being affected by the storm?

It is pretty windy here, too. Apparently it is supposed to come down 2-3 inches per hour tonight.

It has not started here yet but it is on its way. Looks like we are going to get about a foot before it is all said and done. At least we are used to the snow up here. I feel sorry for the people down South where they are not so prepared. I hope all keep warm and safe tonight.

Today was supposed to be Christmas with my family. We made the mature, responsible decision to stay home, rather than risk being on the roads.

While I know this was the proper decision, my inner child has been whining about it all day.

Supposed to get 1 to 2 feet where I am. It's coming down pretty heavy. Even one of my snow loving dogs took one look outside and decided he didn't wanna go out!

I would hate to live with this everday!!! We got 4 inches. Fun for the kids the past two days. I guess I live in one of the better places in the nation. Get it sometimes, just not a lot.

Well here's a first..... it's 31.5 degrees here on Long Island. It's colder in Disney then it is in the middle of a blizzard. Go figure.....

I'm here in Philly with my brother & his family, and had to leave his house earlier than I would have liked to because the snow, and mostly the wind, was just getting so bad. No idea what I'm going to be doing tomorrow. I'm scheduled to fly home at 6pm, and so far the flight is listed as on time. Don't know if I'll be able to get to my brother's again tomorrow or not. We shall see...

We have been in all day too. Snow is coming hard and fast. Couldnt make it to work tonight. I took some decorations down and did laundry. I don't know how to relax well, I need to be on the move all the time. Stupid snow!!!

Wow, that's some weird weather! We had a few days over the summer when it was hotter here than in WDW too.

The word I'm searching for I can't say. I hate, hate, hate snow. DS's GF is visiting from Texas and is thrilled with the snow (she's never seen this much at one time). So guess who's doing the shoveling....

This has been a crazy year for snow. We have now gotten 37 inches where I live in Minnesota. Now we have the equipment to deal with the snow, but there is just no where to put i. We are having Christmas next weekend, because son was at Christmas with the wifes side this weekend. We are being told a huge storm is coming. Rain, then snow. not a good combination. It is going to be a long winter!!!!
