Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

For those cold nights ahead this is one of my favorites...
Notes


4 servings 8 hours
1 lb beef, cut into chunks
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups red wine or Burgundy wine (I use the cheap cooking wine, and it still turns out mouth-watering)

Mix and cook on Low for 8-10 hours.
If desired, stir in a bit of sour cream before serving over hot buttered egg noodles.
Oh, this is so savory and easy.
Enjoy with a green salad and warm crusty bread.
