Vertrue Valuemax offer w/ attatched Savings Smart

I signed up for the Vertrue Valuemax offer and because the Savings Smart piggybacks this offer I also was signed up for this. I wasn't worried, it's phone number was listed so I would have a way to cancel. Well, today I cancelled the Valuemax, no problem. I called the Savings Smart number and got an automated greeting, my choices were to enter home # or Membership #. Since I have never received anything from Valuemax or Savings Smart I have no idea what my membership # is, so I put in my phone #. Not recognized. I go to the website and fill in the form for emailing them and when I try to send, it comes back as an error, telling me to call the 800 #. Has anyone cancelled this one and was actually able to get a hold of a human being?

Email this address membersavings@savingsmart.com and explain you were never given a member number and would like to cancel. I have had excellent luck getting my account canceled that way I just gave them my name and address and they were able to pull up my account and cancel it.
