Hello! We are heading down to WDW this summer for one last family trip before DD goes to college. It will be DH, DD, DD's friend, and myself. Trying to decide if a split stay with Vero would be nice or if we should just do WDW and let them run like crazy. Neither kid is a big "laying out" kind of person, but they do enjoy the beach and just chilling sometimes. Would they get bored at Vero? Last thing I want to do is go there and have to drive around to find something to do. I like the "park the car and not see it again till I leave" kind of vacation. So, what is there to do onsite for teenagers? Adults? What are the food options? By the way, we'd be staying in a 2 bedroom. Thank you!

Vero is beautiful, and I think would be a great split stay option. Obviously you have the pool and beach, there’s a mini golf course, and there are beach rentals available including non-motorized boats. there are likely to be programs about sea turtles while you’re there. Here’s a link to Vera’s recreation page that includes information about program specifically for teens https://verobeach.disney.go.com/recreation/

This is a recreation page from a couple of years ago to give you a sense of what might be offered.
