Spent a few days at VB last week. I made late reservations (less than 6 weeks) and stayed in an inn room OV for the first night and then moved to a studio in bldg. 14 for the next 3 nights. The cost for both types of rooms was 13 points per night. The inn room was beautiful with a beautiful ocean view. The studio room was so small and dark. It was nice enough, but it didn't seem like the rooms should have had the same point value.
We have been going to VB in October for quite a few years now and lately I have noticed that it is so much busier in October than it used to be.
I am very tempted to sell my VWL points and buy VB points. I know the dues are higher but we love it there and I might be able to get a few more points and a crack at reserving a beach cottage by "trading" my VWL points (actually selling my VWL points) and buying VB points. I think the VB secret is out.
These are just a few observations from our recent stay. We had a great time as usual.

I've always thought the Inn rooms were pretty sweet too. I can't recall the comparison in square footage but they seem bigger too. I'm glad to hear VB is going strong, but that makes me know I had better use that home resort advantage next time I book there!
Thought I read somewhere on the boards that Building #15 was renovated over the summer and that the renovation was continuing by building; good to hear!
