I'm hoping to book this morning and would love some guidance on which I should select. It's just hubby and I so bedding is not an issue. From a "view" perspective, which offers the best?

We just had an Inn Room last week and really liked it. I haven't been in the studios. We had an ocean view, and it was so beautiful.

Now, there were 4 of us, so we liked having 2 beds in our room. If it were just the two of us we might prefer a couch instead of two beds. The Inn Rooms have the fridge/microwave/sink area just like the studios.

The Inn Rooms are in the main building and laundry was on the top floor (very easy to get to everything).

I don't know if any of the Inn Rooms have a King Size bed, if they do, I would go with that for just two people.

The only way to get a guaranteed "ocean view" is the Ocean view inn room I believe. Some of the studio's have ocean views and some don't. So if you definetly want the ocean view book the ocean view inn room;)

There are a few rooms with King Beds in the inn - my parents had a non view, accessible room with a King Bed and sitting area - pull out couch, coffee table and chair. I think I've read there are ocean view King Bed rooms as well. I would definitely go for the view for the same points - in a studio you might get stuck on the bottom floor looking at the parking lot!

We have stayed in both room types. We just got back and tried a studio this time. It had a better ocean view than most inn rooms we have stayed in. We liked the configuration better also.

OOOHHHH what room number did you have? We arrive in VB on Mon - I would love to know if I can get that same room!
Thanks!

For those staying in Ocean View Inn rooms with just two adults, there are two king bed rooms on the ocean side of the inn on the fourth floor: 2415 and 2419. These are larger than the typical inn room with a king bed plus sleep sofa and easy chair. When we first stayed in one of these rooms, we joked that we could host a dance with the amount of open space. The only limitation is that the balcony is small and has a closed railing so you have to stand up to enjoy the ocean view. We've stayed in 2415 on three of our six trips to VB.
