Vero-Coolers poolside?

Can you have a small cooler poolside or on the beach to provide your own beverages (soda, beer) or is it frowned upon by resort?

That's a good question.

I'm sure you can bring your own beverages to the beach but I have no idea about the pool.

You can call the resort and ask 772-234-2000

A small collapsible cooler shouldn't be a problem, I definitely took my own soda to the VB pool. No glass though of course. The beer should be OK also, as long as it's in a can.

You can't take any of it within three feet of the pool or hot tub though--FL law.

I've done this many times without a problem. Obviously no glass. Usually it's just gatorade that I've made up from powder and frozen overnight in the freezer so it stays REALLY cold but I've taken soda and beers at times as well.
