Just a quick question for your opinions. We would like to spend a few days (probably 3 or 4 nights) at Vero Beach next summer - 2004. What do you think our chances are of getting a studio or 1 bedroom booking 7 months out? We would quite possibly be checking in on Sunday July 4th after having already spent a week in Orlando - celebrating our 10th anniversary. Thanks in advance!

We are staying at Vero this July and had no problems booking at 7 months. We first booked a studio, then moved up to a one bedroom a week or so later. I don't know if that was typical, but its the experience we had.

We booked at the 7 month window for last 4th of July week(2003),we wanted 6 nights in a 1BR.We only could get the 1st 4 nights in a 1BR,and the last 2 nights in a studio. The 4th of July week is probably a little tougher to get than another week in July. You won't know until you call MS.

We are going this May (the week of Memorial Day) and had an easy time reserving a 1BR within the 7 month time-frame. Good Luck!:Pinkbounc :bounce:

Three weeks ago I booked an Ocean View Inn room for my parents. April 6-8, which is premier season.

Quick question - what are the annual dues for VB?
We have HH and VWL in our DVC membership, but are interested in picking up some VB points -

thanks in advance!

We booked an inn room for 7/2- 7/6 at the 7 month window and had no problem. Happy planning!

Vero Beach is a great place. Very laid back. Lots of time to relax unless you want a chair at the pool. Everybody gets bent out of shape over a chair or lounge.... :(

I love the ocean and the beach...:D :smooth:

Wow!
What a fast reply!~

Thanks so very much PamOKW! I'm looking at that resale and wanting to make a good deal for me and a fair one for the seller - so that will help out immensely!

Also, to tagrel - great site with those CM appreciation cards! That really is a great idea and very original! Can't wait to print mine and start handing them out!!!

By the way, where in upstate NY are you from? I lived in Greene County, parents were from Clinton County. And I want to go back home to NY very, very badly!!!

I used to spend my summers as a kid in Earlton, somewhat near Coxackie(sp).

That is Greene county, tight?

Brennan's, that's the place, right? Its been nearly twenty years since I have been up there.
