I am looking at Vero Beach Villa for third week in June...is this a problem at the seven month window?

I don't have a good answer to your question.
We bought VB points for this exact reason. As more WDW DVC resorts are built, there will be more members trying to book VB at the 7 month window. It will only get harder to book VB in the future, where as the access at the 11 month window will remain the same. Did I say that correctly, as to make sense?
