Well, I have a five night reservation at Vero beach made for my DD this summer. she is unable to go due to school & money. I was thinking instead of canceling this maybe I should ask a few girl friends to go. I'm turning 50 at the end of the year and was thinking of doing a girls trip to WDW next year. (This would be instead) Do you think we will enjoy ourselves at vero? Should I wait to go to WDW.(WDW would cost more all around) What is there to do at vero beach. Any outlet shops nearby? I read on here there is nightly entertainment. Can anyone explain? Food options? Are they costly? I only have a studio, any info would be great. Thanks, Gina

Do you just want to sit and relax? Then vero is for you - but if you want to have fun, I'd do Disney.

I am not sure about the entertainment? They do have someone in the GreenRoom at night usually. There is an outlet mall - stores not too big, but could spend an afternoon there.

I have a trip to WDW in Sept so I was thinking about my friends enjoyment. Reaxing on the beach sounds real good right now to me, not sure about them.:confused3 I'm so confused.

I can't believe how many LI'er's are on these boards :)
Can you split the stay? A couple of nights a Vero, and the rest at WDW? It would mean getting transportation to WDW.

I try to go one 3 night stay a year with a friend (or two), and we go to WDW. There is the quiet pool for that relaxation time - works great for us!

Have fun planning - and happy upcoming birthday!
