Vero Beach subsidized contract-Help

I am not sure what to do. I have an accepted offer on a VB subsidized contract. It is $70 pp- 60 pts -June 2022-120 pts.
My other contracts are Dec UY but I would use this for VB or short WDW every other summer. I feel like this is a great deal, am I wrong?
I would most likely rent out the current points as we already have a trip planned for Dec and July. This would bring down the total i paid for the contract.
Is it worth it or should I wait?

If the plan is to use it on its own, and not try to combine with your other UY for a single trip, then I say it sounds like a great deal, knowing how you plan to use it!!
