Vero Beach room choices

My wife, 10 y/o son, and I are considering staying a few days at VB. We only need a studio or a regular Inn room. My wife would really like an ocean view room. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

If you want ocean view then book one of the ocean view inn rooms. These rooms have two beds rather than one bed and sofa bed which are what the studios have. My only experience with studios at VB was when we had a lock off 2 bedroom. The kids took the studio part and it was rather dark and dreary. We love the ocean view rooms in the inn. DH and I always stay in them when it is just the two of us. If you do go for the ocean view inn room request an upper floor room, with a direct ocean view. Some of the ocean view rooms are on the sides of the inn, overlooking the pool. We had one of those rooms once and didn't really like it. You had to look to the left to view the ocean. The balcony seemed a little smaller as well.

We were just there in January. Family of 4 - Inn Room Ocean View. Loved having 2 beds rather than 1 bed with pull-out. Really enjoyed the ocean view and watching the sun rise and set while listening to the ocean. Loved our 2 night stay so much we have booked a 1 week stay in August again Inn Room Ocean View. SO happy we could score exactly what we wanted at exactly 7 months out .
